Building a faster, smarter, and future-ready online store — we partnered with PR Stats to redesign their website from the ground up, creating a seamless experience for customers and a powerful platform for growth.

OBJECTIVE

The project aimed to modernise PR Stats’ online presence with a complete front-end and back-end rebuild. The primary goals were to improve site speed, enhance ease of use for customers, and deliver a more intuitive user journey. On the back end, the system needed to support a growing product range and a flexible events/ticketing function, giving the PR Stats team the tools to scale confidently over the next 12 months.

WHAT WE DID

The project began with a deep analysis of current digital strategy and market positioning. Our team identified key opportunities to enhance brand visibility through strategic content marketing and influencer partnerships, aiming to authentically engage with both existing and potential .artificial is transforming industries across the globe.

We designed and developed a brand-new website for PR Stats, ensuring every element worked to improve usability and performance. The front end was crafted with clean UI and UX design principles to make navigation simple and customer journeys intuitive. On the back end, we implemented a robust eCommerce system using WooCommerce, supported by advanced plugins including AFC Form, to ensure flexibility, security, and scalability.

Work Process

  1. Discovery & Audit — We analysed the existing site to identify pain points in speed, navigation, and functionality, mapping improvements against PR Stats’ future growth goals.
  2. UX & UI Design — We created a user-friendly interface to streamline customer journeys, ensuring clarity and simplicity in browsing, purchasing, and booking events.
  3. Development & Integration — Built on WordPress, we implemented WooCommerce for a reliable eCommerce engine, combined with AFC Form and other plugins to handle custom functionality and ticketing needs.
  4. Testing & Optimisation — Rigorous testing was carried out to ensure speed, stability, and usability across devices, giving both customers and administrators a smooth experience.

The new PR Stats website is faster, easier to use, and fully equipped for future growth. Customers enjoy a clear, streamlined shopping and ticketing experience, while the PR Stats team benefits from an efficient, easy-to-manage back end. With a modernised platform in place, PR Stats is now positioned to expand its offerings and scale its business with confidence.
